Summary
Our community hosts a weekly Quran study circle every Tuesday evening at Al-Nur Jame Masjid. Whether you're a beginner or advanced, this program offers guidance on tafsir, Arabic pronunciation, and practical applications to daily life.
Every Tuesday at 7:00 PM, we gather to explore the Quran together. This week we're studying Surah Al-Kahf (The Cave), which addresses faith challenges in secular environments—highly relevant for young adults in modern Sylhet.
Our approach combines tafsir (scholarly interpretation), Arabic grammar, and real-world application. You'll learn why Allah revealed each verse, what it meant in historical context, and how it guides your decisions today.
Beginners learn Quranic Arabic and pronunciation. Advanced participants explore classical and modern tafsir commentaries. Children aged 8+ have a separate session with age-appropriate content. Family attendance is encouraged.
This is also a social bonding opportunity. Many families arrive early to socialize, then transition to structured study. Light refreshments are provided. No prior Quran knowledge required—just bring your Quran and an open heart.
